This CD showcases a variety of styles of music played on tenor banjo, plectrum banjo and string bass, including classical, jazz, Dixieland and holiday seasonal tunes. Throw in a couple of show tunes, some old time polkas and waltzes and a fancy "pickin"' number or two, and you've got the recipe for one great CD! |

| CD Number 2 - “Ragtime to Broadway – Banjo Style” This CD features solo and ensemble music from the 1950’s to the 1960’s featuring music by Stephen Foster, Scott Joplin, W.C. Handy, Harry Reser, John Philips Sousa and Broadway Composers. The format of the CD showcases duo, trio and quartet selections with the tenor banjo as the lead instrument. The tunes on this CD are some of the tunes I regularly play at my solo shows, at engagements with my Banjo Barons Ragtime Band (one or more banjos, washboard and string bass) and with my Dixie Barons Dixieland Band (banjo, clarinet, washboard and tuba). |
